Academic Background

Master of Science in Biomedical Technology

Tampere University, Finland   [08/2024-08/2026]

Thesis: INTEGRATION Of Personal health device data into electronic health records using IEEE 11073 and HL7 FHIR

  1. Designed and implemented a prototype gateway for integrating personal health device data (weighing scale, blood pressure monitor, ECG) into EHR systems using IEEE 11073 and HL7 FHIR R4.

  2. Developed dual terminology coding strategy preserving IEEE 11073-10101 nomenclature alongside LOINC codes for EHDS compatibility.

  3. Validated all FHIR resources using the official HL7 FHIR Validator. Presented prototype at IEEE 11073 Personal Health Devices International Standardisation Meeting, 2026.

Master of Science in Microbiology

Bangladesh University of Health Sciences (BUHS), Bangladesh  [01/2019 – 01/2021]

Thesis: Assessment of Microbiological Quality of Street Vended Drinking Water in Dhaka City

  1. Designed and conducted independent study on microbiological quality of street-vended drinking water in Dhaka City — bacterial contamination, pathogen presence, and public health risk in a low-income urban setting.

  2. Presented findings at the 1st Annual International e-Conference, International Society of Bangladesh-Affiliated Microbiologists (ISBM), 2022.
