Profile Statement
Microbiologist with a BSc (Hons) and MSc in Microbiology (CGPA 3.94/4.0 and 3.86/4.0) from Bangladesh University of Health Sciences, and an MSc in Biomedical Technology from Tampere University, Finland. Over five years of combined experience in microbiological laboratory work including bacterial culture and isolation, antimicrobial susceptibility testing, aseptic technique, PCR, ELISA, and experimental design. Additional expertise in health data interoperability (IEEE 11073, HL7 FHIR) and biomedical informatics. Research interests span antimicrobial resistance, host-microbe interactions, environmental microbiology, and the One Health interface between environmental exposures and human health.
